Technical Presentation Submissions

We eagerly anticipate the upcoming 2025 conference and the valuable insights it will bring. Attendees are encouraged to submit ideas for technical presentations. Presentation slots will be roughly 20 minutes including time for audience questions. Vendors do not need to register displays or presentations to be given at their assigned vendor tables, but may submit to be included in the technical presentation sessions as well.

Deadline for Presentation Submissions: Friday, April 11. Presentations submitted after April 11 may not be included in the meeting program. Student presentation submissions will remain open until the session is full or at least until Wednesday, April 30, whichever comes first.
