Logistics – Shipping and Receiving

With prior notification and approval from the hotel, packages for the meeting may be delivered to the hotel three working days before the meeting date. The following information should be on all packages: A) the group name, B)the name of the hotel contact, C) the name of the group contact person, D) The date of the function. Any alternative arrangements are to be approved by the hotel before shipping. Group/Customers are responsible for the return shipping on all packages. A charge for receiving and shipping will be applied based on the number of packages shipped to the hotel.
