Notice: Vendor and Sponsor registration payment must be made through PayPal on the Midwest AOAC website

Please note: You do not need to have a PayPal account.

At the bottom of the “Pay with PayPal” page, select “Pay with Debit or Credit Card,” and it will allow you to pay using your card.

Vendor Registration: $1,000

  • Vendor Registration includes a 6′ x 2′ table with a cloth and two chairs in the vendor area. Two complimentary registrations are also included.
  • Additional attendees may register here.
  • The exhibit spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis determined by the receipt of a signed and paid contract.

Sponsorship Opportunities:
Standard recognition for sponsors is listed below. For sponsorship of meals or events the sponsor’s name will be displayed during the event or meal and they will receive recognition from the MC and meeting agenda. Representatives of the Midwest Section will work with all sponsors to finalize sponsorship details. With questions about alternate levels of sponsorship or types of recognition, please contact Midwestaoac@yahoo.com.

Platinum Sponsorship – $10,000.00
Sponsorship recognition or speaking opportunity at a dinner, significant presence of logo or branding on conference materials, recognition on the Midwest AOAC Section Web Site. As an added bonus, you will receive complimentary registration for five attendees!

Gold Sponsorship – $5,000.00
Sponsorship recognition dinner or speaking opportunity at a lunch, recognition on the Midwest AOAC Section Web Site. As an added bonus, you will receive complimentary registration for two attendees!

Silver Sponsorship – $1,000.00
Sponsorship recognition at a lunch, recognition on the Midwest AOAC Section Web Site. As an added bonus, you will receive complimentary registration for one attendee!


Validate Your Contract

We, the undersigned company, wish to validate this contract and agree to:

1. We will pay the Midwest Section of the AOACI in full for the cost of the exhibit space, additional registrants, and any optional sponsorship via PayPal or debit/credit card.
2. Agree that we shall accept the exhibit space assigned unless we reject it within ten (10) days from the date of the Midwest Section of AOACI’s confirmation of our exhibit space.
3. Understand and agree to all rules and regulations governing this Exposition appearing under the contract provisions page.
4. Specify that the products/services are those that rightfully represent our company and those that we propose to exhibit. Any changes made regarding the products/services to be exhibited will be forwarded to the Midwest Section of AOACI in writing at least 45 days before the opening of the Exposition. We will distance your booth from at least one competitor you have identified.
5. We understand that this contract will not be processed unless this information is given.
